Yoga Interlude Classes

Yoga Interlude teaches traditional postures that tone and stretch the muscles, loosen the joints and spine, and stimulate internal organ function. In addition, visualization techniques are used in conjunction with music to assist in opening the energy channels/ meridians, and releasing physical and emotional tension.
